New eco-ficient time switch from hager
Hager has released a digital time switch that offers another simple way of saving energy by providing control for up to four circuits, which might include lighting, ventilation, heating or any action that requires a specific date of operation.
The new time switch includes features such as a large LCD display, four channels, 300 program steps that include a basic weekly program, 10 sub programs and the added introduction of a specific program date that brings a new level of functionality rarely seen in such a compact device.
Basic weekly programs would run permanently unless overridden by a subprogram that allows you to define different weekly occurrence & the period when the program will run. The specific program step is the next level of control and defines a specific time and date. A holiday function has priority over all other programs and can provide real flexibility to any installation.
Extra innovative features include an external INPUT that can be connected to a switched contact such as a push-button or wall switch, an hours counter that actually measures the operating hours and a cycle function that allows the user to program periodic Pulse & Pause. Programming can also be achieved via the hager software package, and programs can be saved to the program key and then downloaded to one or several time switches.
